Honey with Water
Mix one tablespoon of honey in a glass of warm water and drink it the first thing in the morning.

day to fasten your weight loss.

Brown Rice and Brown Bread

replacing white rice with brown rice. Brown rice is not only low on carbohydrates and full of
vitamin and magnesium but also keeps you full for a longer time. Same goes with the
replacement of white bread with brown bread.
Green Tea
If you are a fan of tea and coffee and your working capacity goes down with it, try substituting
them with green tea. Not only is green tea a low fat alternative, but actually helps reduce fat,
calories and cholesterol from your body.
